The former member of One Direction, 31-year-old Liam Payne, lost his life after he fell from his hotel balcony in Argentina. Payne was in there with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy.
The couple shared their happy moments from their Snapchat account. When Payne’s actions moments before his passing is added to Cassidy’s early departure, people on social media shared their suspicions.
Their relationship started in 2022, but in 2023, ten months after their relationship started, there were rumors about their break up.
Some sources stated, “There was no big row or anything — it just ran its course, and they both mutually decided to go their separate ways.”
While the rumors were on the air, the couple were spotted together in Annabel’s 60th anniversary party in London.
Back in 2022, Cassidy received criticism as a fan accused her for being with Payne because of his money, Liam had defended her.
“Gotta say you could tell me anything and I couldn’t be turned. I’ve never felt a love like I do for Katelyn. We make each other better people.” Payne said.
“If it was just for the money, I’d give her all of it. It’s not though (please remember I’m hella sexy), and I know I’m fun and a loveable person. For the first time in my life, I’m happy to be me, and that’s priceless.”
When Cassidy returned from Argentina, she shared some moments from her TikTok account, before Payne passed away.
Cassidy shared the reason why she left Argentina. “I was just like, ‘I need to go home,'” she explained. “I was so ready to leave.”
“Honestly, love South America but I hate staying in one place for too long,” Cassidy said.
