Mike was a clerk at a luxury bridal shop. One day, an old woman, Betty, walked inside. Mike and Cassey were at the shop that day. Betty was not wearing fancy clothes as the employees of the store were used to see on their customers.
She was wearing poor clothes, and she didn’t work much for her hair too. She was going to have her wedding that summer, so she was in search for a bridal gown.
Then Mike started to mock Betty, as he made fun of Betty’s clothes and hair. Then Cassey stated what Mike was doing wrong, and asked him to help Betty, since he had to do something in the back store.
Then Betty approached to Mike, as she needed assistance, but Mike kept looking at his phone. He was rude against her, which she was shocked.
When he responded roughly, Betty stated that he shouldn’t be that rude, and she only wanted to ask something. Then Mike went ahead and said that there was a thrift store nearby, and that she should go there.
Betty was disappointed, as she stated that Mike had great eyes since he made these comments based on how she was looking.
Then another woman entered to the store with her fancy outfit. Mike then rushed towards that woman and helped her.
Then Cassey returned into the shop, and approached to Betty, as she apologized for the behaviour of her friend. Betty didn’t like Mike’s response, but Cassey was different. It was clear.
Betty explained that she was getting married that summer, and she needed a bridal gown. As Cassey congratulated her, she asked for Betty to follow her.
As Betty tried many outfit, she liked one of the most expensive gown. Meanwhile, Mike’s customer tried many outfits, took some pictures and left.
As Mike returned to Betty and Cassey, he was shocked when he saw that Betty bought the most expensive dress, and tipped Cassey with $5,000.
