SOCIAL MEDIA USERS COMMENTED ABOUT 56-YEAR-OLD RACHAEL RAY AS “UNRECOGNIZABLE”

On the 18th of October, Rachael Ray was at the stage of Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival, where she was there to host the stage, but her appearance received more attention than her hosting.

56-year-old Ray hosted the Blue Moon Burger Bash: Champions vs. Challengers along with co-host Randy Fisher at the Brooklyn Army Terminal.

Rachael Ray was wearing a printed jacket and sporting black eyeglasses, while she was hosting the show along with Fisher.

What people talked about was Ray’s appearance, rather than her presentation of the show, or the show itself.

There were comments like:

“What happened to Rachel [sic] Ray?”

“Who is that? Certainly doesn’t look like Rachel [sic].”

“Didnt [sic] even recognize her.”

“Is it me or did she drastically change age or what …??”

“Leave her alone. She’s getting old.”

“I love her bubbly personality…. there’s a lot of accusatory diagnoses from the gallery…. sit down cruel little minds!”

“It doesn’t look like she likes being physical. Didn’t even recognize her. Hope she is okay.”

“Wow she looks different. Hope she gets better soon.”

While people criticised Ray, the famous TV personality shared her relationship with cooking and how she would like to work, in her podcast, “I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead.”

“I wanted to do this podcast because it’s where I come from and how I was raised,” Ray said.

“I think there’s a lot of valuable lessons in that. I hope all of the listeners now and to come, will find that kind of fascinating why I love working hard too.”

“On days when I have to cook very little, that’s when I’m very hungry and I have an appetite.”

“On days when I have to cook a lot for many people—production days—I cook for the crew, and I cook for everyone and everything we’re producing that day. I don’t eat a lot; you know, a few bites here, a couple bites there—I just get over it,” 56-year-old host said.

Rachael also said, “I am a homemaker. I love chores; I love being in the kitchen. I always work with my brain every day—I’m always writing something—but I really like chores. I like what people consider physical work. I like making dinner, planning dinners, making lists.”
