Matty was out of her office, where her son was waiting for her in the car. She was a rich businesswoman who created a successful business after her former boss’s suggestion to sell the filtered paper she used back when she was working at a diner.
When she left her office, she saw her son, Sam, mocking a homeless man. As Matty yelled at her son not to disturb the man in need, she walked towards him. Matty was shocked when she saw the old man’s face. The man was her boss, who supported her to create her business.
She was a homeless young girl 15 years ago. When she needed help, Edward helped her, who had a diner around the corner. He gave her a job at the diner, and also let her stay in there since she had nowhere to go.
She immediately took the old man and take him to her home. She called her husband and explained that she is bringing a guest.
When they went back home, Matty told Edward to have a shower and relax while they prepare the dinner. At the dinner, Edward explained that his sons sold the diner and kicked him out as they lost everything to gambling.
But he had nothing to worry now, as Matty was there to help, as it is now her turn.
