Mary went to wake her daughter up, while her husband George was still sleeping. It was time for breakfast and then school for her daughter, Missy. She was half-awaken when she went to the bathroom. Then went downstairs to eat the breakfast her mother prepared.
Then Mary woke her husband up since he was the one who is going to take Missy to school. While Missy was eating her pancakes, George was asking for the morning paper.
Mary was angry because she was working since she woke up, and now her husband was demanding more service. Then George talked back, and stated that because she was a stay-at-home mother, she should have brought the paper.
Then Mary revealed that she is taking the day off, and that they are on their own for today. She locked her into the bathroom until George took Missy to school.
Mary decided to go on a trip for today. She got prepared and went towards the ocean. She sat on the beach, and tried to relax with the sound of the ocean and birds. She left her phone in her bag.
Hours later, when she returned to her car, she saw that there were tens of missed calls from Missy’s school. Her heart skipped a beat.
She then learned that Missy was missing, as she went outside during recess and didn’t return. Mary was petrified. She couldn’t speak for a second, then asked more questions.
She then called George and asked where he was. George revealed that he was with the police. Then Mary started to drive towards police station. Mary was blaming herself for her daughter’s situation. Few hours after searching the school grounds, George called Mary and explained that he found Missy.
Then Missy revealed that her father promised her a walk at the park, but when he didn’t showed up during recess, she decided to wait at the park. George was feeling guilty. Mary threw an angry look to George.
As Mary was yelling at George in the house, he expressed his apologies, as he stated that he was not the best father and husband. Then he handed over a cruise ticket to Mary, for she needed to rest.
