Lisa was 16 when she learned a truth about her life. As usual, she woke up and went to school. Then she received a message, “Hi Lisa, this is your dad.”
She was shocked. Lisa went back home immediately and showed the text message to her parents. They went pale as they saw the message. Few minutes later, the truth spilled from their mouths.
Her father stated that 16 years ago he operated on a pregnant teenager. The mother passed away during the operation, but he was able to save the baby. That baby was Lisa.
Sadly, Jack and Emma were not able to produce children, so they decided to adopt Lisa, and loved her as their own. Her father and mother stated that nothing would be changed if she was their biological daughter.
Lisa was shocked, as she didn’t expect to learn that she was adopted in that day. Her biological parents were 16 and 15, so they had no idea what to do.
Lisa wanted to respond to her biological father’s message then. She learned that she had a half-brother and that he wants to take her back. She lamented her adoptive parents, and moved in with her biological father, her step-brother and her step-mother.
As time passed, she missed her big room and wealthy parents with luxury life. Then her father and stepmother showed their true colours, as they started to drink. They were constantly drinking.
One day, as she couldn’t bare staying with them, she took her 9-year-old brother Shaun, and went to her adoptive parent’s house. She apologized and revealed everything.
Jack and Emma adopted Shaun, as they opened a lawsuit against Lisa’s father and stepmother.
As the parents went into jail for neglecting their child, they happily lived as a family.
