Kerry wanted to buy her granddaughter Anne a prom dress, since she wanted to gift her something valuable. Despite Anne stated that she will not attend as she was not interested, Kerry knew that her granddaughter had no money to buy a decent dress for the prom night, and that was the reason why she didn’t wanted to go.
Kerry decided to buy the dress herself, as she had enough money to spend on a dress, since she was an old woman who wouldn’t need much items other than groceries.
She went to a luxury store, but in there an arrogant worker didn’t welcomed her. She was mean against her as she thought that Kerry would steal something from the store, since she was not the typical customer of the store.
Kerry wanted to check some dresses, but Amy didn’t let her as she kept mocking her. She even stated that they do not rent.
As Kerry offended, Amy went forward as she said that she would find something she could buy in Target.
Kerry left the store with tears in her eyes. As she walked out of the store, a police officer asked that if she was okay.
At first, Kerry didn’t want to talk, but later she revealed the truth about what happened. How she was welcomed rudely, and being mocked while she wanted to buy a prom dress for her granddaughter.
Then the officer George brought Kerry inside once again. When Amy saw the officer, she was shocked and afraid.
George helped Kerry to pick something for her granddaughter and kept Amy away, as she couldn’t come and mock Kerry while an officer was with her.
Then it was time to pay for the dress. George bought the dress himself, and accused Amy with being a terrible person, and that she should be ashamed of herself. He then talked with the store manager, which the man fired Amy for acting terribly.
The manager stated that the dress was a gift from the store, since they had to pay for their terrible worker.
