On the 22nd of September, Michale Strahan gave the great news on the Fox NFL Sunday show. Strahan said, “Yes! I am a grandfather, everybody.”
The former player of New York Giants shared that his 32-year-old eldest daughter Tanita gave birth to her first son. The famous host didn’t give much detail about the situation, but he shared that both his daughter and grandson are doing great.
Strahan also revealed his grandson’s name. “Onyx is his name—that means ‘black,’” Strahan shared.
“It’s really special, because, you know, I know you guys have gone through this,” Strahan continued, “and now I’m just happy to be able to join you in that club.”
After the hard time Strahan family went through, this came as great news for them. Back in 2023, Strahan’s 19-year-old daughter was diagnosed with brain cancer. Since that time, Isabella is received radio and chemotherapy and in July, 2024, Isabell shared that she was cancer-free.
“Great scans, everything was clear. Cancer-free,” 19-year-old Isabella shared.
