Sophie was seven when her father Henry took her and moved to Los Angeles. A new school life and new people were waiting for her. When Henry asked to his daughter that if she was excited about it, “I think so…,” she said nervously. “What if no one likes me?”
At the school, Sophie was greeted with her new classmates, suddenly a boy screamed, “It’s Sandra’s clone!”
Sophie was shocked when she saw Sandra. When she looked at her, she thought she was looking at a mirror.
It was weird, because both of them had no sisters they knew of. Sandra told Sophie that she only has her mother, while Sophie revealed that her mother passed away a year ago, and that she moved in the city recently.
After the school, when Henry heard all of Sandra, he reached to Sandra’s mother, Wendy, and they arranged a play date. When they met at a playground, Wendy was shocked to see Sophie. She was indeed the carbon copy of her daughter.
While the girls were playing, Wendy explained that she adopted Sandra, who didn’t know anything about it. Henry was also shocked against the twin situation between Sandra and Sophie.
Henry explained that his ex-wife learned about her pregnancy after their separation, and that they co-parented until Irene passed away a year ago. Then they moved to Los Angeles from Texas. He told Wendy that since she found Sandra, she was smiling. Losing her mother was a hurtful thing for Sophie.
When Wendy learned that they came from Texas, she revealed that Sandra was born in Texas too. “I’ll have to recheck her birth certificate. But is there any chance your late ex-wife had twins?”
Henry wasn’t there during the pregnancy, as he was in another country until his daughter was born. When he returned, he only found his daughter Sophie in the hospital room.
“Well, if she felt like you wouldn’t be around, maybe she thought having two kids was too much,” Wendy said.
Henry decided to talk with the hospital. He asked Wendy to take care of Sophie for a few days while he was going to travel back to Texas.
Few days later, when Henry returned, he told Wendy that Irene indeed gave birth to twins. They decided to take a DNA test and then the truth was there, Henry was father of Sandra.
They talked with the girls, and revealed the truth. As Sophie and Sandra learned that they were sisters, they jumped with joy as they hugged.
As time passed, Henry and Wendy started to co-parenting. Their relationship evolved with time, and in the end, Henry waited for Wendy at the altar, while she was walking down the aisle.
