Famous actress Jennifer Garner decided to show her Los Angeles home, where she built from the scratch the farm-styled house. “Her house seems like such a true reflection of her personality. It’s lovely, not overcomplicated, straightforward, but with wonderful little surprises,” a fan commented after seeing the famous actress home.
A different fan commented as, “This is the kind of house I want! Not fussy or cluttered, but oozing with coziness. We’ll never live in a house as beautiful as this, but we can try to replicate some of its features on a smaller scale.”
The next fan stated that Garner’s designing had big thoughts behind them, as she had thought for her kids too. “So are we not going to talk about how genius it was to incorporate bunk beds with privacy curtains for sleepovers? This is one of the few AD homes that makes sense!”
Another fan stated that the reading nook mesmerized them. “Her house is lovely, and so is she. The little reading nook charmed me, and her orchard, watered by a gray water system? Gosh, my heart.”
To build her home, Garner worked with Steve and Brooke Giannetti. She had talked with the designers, and shared her vision where it was a collection of her memories from her upbringing in West Virginia.
Shockingly, Ben Affleck, Garner’s ex-husband who is currently divorcing from Jennifer Lopez, visited Garner’s house in July.
The house is valued $7.9 million, as the reports are suggesting. The house is giving a blending of both a sanctuary and quality.
In her living room, the actress has plenty of space and details. Reed Bradley designed the stained-glass windows in the living room, which is the source of sunlight.
She has two paintings from Rainer Andreesen. Large sliding doors are opening to her backyard.
“The only problem is if my kids are having their class pool party here, it’s hard to keep wet kids out of the house. I have to really just stand guard and say, ‘Get away!’ I’ll look over, and there will be two wet teenagers playing the piano,” Garner jokingly shared.
Garner has a huge kitchen, as the baking station is a place where she can have great time with her children while working on her kitchen.
“When I imagined my favorite kitchen ever, I knew it would have an area dedicated to baking,” the actress said.
The dining room of the house is a versatile room where she can both use it for privacy, or hosting big dinners.
“We really eat at home almost all of the time,” the actress said.
The firepit in her garden is eco-friendly, as the star shared, “It’s supposed to be good for the earth.”
“All the trees are fed by gray water,” the actress said.
Finally, the bedroom of the actress is a modest room. She has a compact and cozy bedroom, which she gave importance to comfort.
“I knew I just wanted something that felt tight, compact,” actress said. “I love that I can open these doors at night and wake up to birds.”
