KENNY ROGERS WAS IN HIS 60S WHEN HE WELCOMED HIS TWINS

The legendary country musician Kenny Rogers was a big name in the industry. He had a great career as he had a great family. Even though Rogers married more than once, he found love and welcomed his twins.

Until his passing at the age of 81, Rogers had loved his family and children. He revealed that his passion for music would make him leave his relationships in his past. His mistress was music, in his own words.

“My music always came first,” Rogers shared when he talked about his life. He loved his family, wives and children but his passion for music was something else.

Rogers was 19 when he first got married with Janice Gordon. He welcomed a daughter with Gordon, and got separated after two years. Rogers pulled himself away from his daughter, and let Gordon’s new husband be the father he could not.

Then he got married with Jean Rogers. But it took three years for them to get separated again. His third marriage was with Margo Anderson. Their relationship was stronger than the rest, as they stayed together for a decade. He welcomed his son, Kenny Jr.

But in the end, they couldn’t make it, and divorced. Then again he got married for the fourth time, with Marianne Gordon. He welcomed his second son Chris from that marriage, and they stayed together for two decades, until Rogers’ love for his music brought the end of their relationship once more.

From the divorce, Gordon received $60 million, which Rogers stated, “She deserves every penny.”

“Marianne really did deserve the $60 million because she is a great girl, and we had a perfect marriage for 15 years.”

His fifth and final marriage was with Wanda Miller, who gave Rogers twins, Justin and Jordan. Rogers talked about being a father in 60s, and said, “When I was told it was twins, man, I was thrilled.”
