For the last twenty years, Karen was alone as her husband passed away that much years ago. She worked hard to save money. She worked at two even triple shifts a day for her son, as she was a single mother.
She sent her son to the best schools as she could, but in the end, Jack was 25 and he was still unemployed.
He wanted to be an artist but he struggled with selling his art. He wanted his mother to trust him no matter what, and that he will find money to pay their bills.
A week after that, Karen’s house got robbed. Everything Karen saved over the years was gone.
She was at the bottom.
One day, Jake was gone to a different project, and he was not around. As Karen was on her way to the grocery store, around the corner, she saw her son in an expensive super car.
She went to her son and asked where did he get that car. Jack told his mother that he found a job. He said that he was not earning minimum wage and that he wasn’t doing anything illegal.
Then Karen asked if her son take her money. As Jack went mad and asked that how can his own mother is accusing him with thievery, and left her alone.
She then followed him. Karen saw her son at the luxury beauty salon, where he took a woman who is older than Jack into his car. They were intimate. Karen was shocked.
They went into a mansion outside of the city. She then knocked the door of the big house, and when Jack saw his mother, he was shocked.
She asked what was happening, and the woman appeared to be know Karen’s name. She then introduced herself as Jack’s girlfriend.
Jack explained that they were together for three months. Karen accused Jack with using Lydia for her money, and Jack refused it.
He didn’t want to argue with his mother, despite she didn’t understand their relationship and shut the door.
Few days later, Jack returned and wanted to talk. He explained that Lydia had helped him a lot, and that he wasn’t using her the way his mother was thinking. He explained that she introduced him to other people who give a worth at his art.
He then invited his mother to his exhibition, which he already sold all of his arts. He then paid his mother’s debts. He wanted to surprise his mother, and that’s why he kept the car as a secret.
In his speech at the exhibition, Jack thanked to his mother for raising him alone all these years after his father passed away when he was a child, and invited her onto the stage to hug her.
