Angela was 19 when she met with her long-estranged father recently. After her father left her mother long ago, he married with another woman named, Clara. As he was having an affair with her, James left her.
Then married Clara, and adopted her daughter, Lily. Angela was only 10 when that happened.
As James became rich, he never gave money to Angela’s mother. They struggled a lot. When Angela’s mother passed away, she moved in to her father’s big mansion. Clara and Lily never welcomed her in there, as if they were the sole owners of James’ weatlh and estate.
James sister, Gemma was a great aunt for Angela, as she was there whenever Angela needed her. After her father passed away, things went south.
Then Angela learned that she received all James’ wealth and estate. Clara and Lily only received $10,000 each. That cause a storm in the family. The lawyer revealed some truth about her father’s passing to Angela. It was suspicious in his mind.
Angela started to her research then with the help of her aunt, Gemma. They checked the every security footage of the last year.
Through the many evidence they found, they slowly figure it out that Clara and Lily poisoned James.
They slowly connected the dots, and then they legally acted against the evil stepmother and stepsister.
The court took years as they arranged everything. But in the end, they were found guilty, and Angela found the peace she needed in her life. Nonetheless, she would want her father and mother to be around, instead of the wealth she was in.
She took her aunt into the mansion, and they lived together.
