Jack and May bought their Victorian house five years ago. It was their dream house as it got everything they’ve searched for.
They were newlywed when they first moved in, and their old house was the first page of their new beginning.
The house was great, the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, huge bathroom and the cellar. They had plenty of room in the house.
As years passed, they thought that they never made something out of their cellar, and it was designing time. They thought what they can do with their cellar.
May asked to her husband that maybe Jack would want to turn the cellar into a gym. Then they decided to clean the place before they think of something.
Then May found a hidden door. It had no handle on it. It was so old that it blended into the wall.
As Jack was thinking about what was in there, May already turned the flash of her phone on and she was ready to go in. Jack hesitated, as they didn’t know what was in there. Then May peeked from the key hole, and she was stunned.
She stepped back and told that there were stairs going down. They opened the door and started to descent. They had no idea what to find in there. Then they reached to the bottom.
There, a dark figure was standing on the corner. The figure had a black suit and a black-rimmed hat.
Jack said “Hello!” but the figure didn’t move. He slowly walked towards the figure, as he was scared as hell. Then his phone dropped, and the whole room went dark. He took his phone back and rushed upstairs.
When he reached to the top, he closed the door and called the police without talking to May. He was pale with the fear he felt. He couldn’t speak at first, and then explained what happened.
Then the officers arrived, and they went downstairs with caution. Strangely, they couldn’t find anyone in there, but the whole room had strange symbols, and stains which were looking like dried blood.
No one can explain the things they found. Later, Jack sealed the door they found, and the cellar. Then they listed the house for sale and left the neighbourhood for good.
