On the 22nd of October, Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong performed at Disney themed episode. The actress and her dance partner had performed Paso Doble to the song “We Own the Night,” where they dressed as werewolves.
As many people praised their performance a lot at the social media, the viewers also criticized the judges for not giving the points Kinney and Armstrong deserved.
The comments were like:
“No critiques, no mistakes, all praises from the judges…soooo? [sic] Why not a 10?”
“THAT DESERVED A 10!!! WHAT??? [sic]”
“Not a single negative note for chandler and brandon so where did the 1 point come off from, judges? [sic]”
“So they gave Chandler zero criticism and gave her nothing to work on for the next week but still didn’t give her a 10? Okay.”
“Something about Chandler not getting one 10 tonight is not sitting right with me.”
“Chandler the only one deserving of her score n [sic] deserved at least one 10 even sorry xoxo.”
“Chandler and Brandon not getting a single 10 was actually criminal.”
“Honestly it was her best dance…but the Disney star dancing to her own Disney song on Disney night…AND [sic] getting the highest scores 🤭🤭🤭.”
“She did fantastic but is doing your own character really digging deeper?”
After Kinney and Armstrong earned 27/30 with their performance, Carrie Ann praised the performers as, “I know it can be difficult sometimes to hear the things we say. I totally understand that, what makes me happy is when I’m proven wrong. That was a passionate, powerful performance, and I bet it felt amazing.”
