Ryan was not ready to say goodbye to his father. It was hard for him to step out of the car, but when Bella barked, he realized that he had no other option. He took her out and started to walk towards the church for his father, Frank’s funeral.
Bella was whining, which was not something she would usually do. She was restless, as she wasn’t listening when Ryan was telling her to stay silence. As Arnold passed away from an infectious disease, the funeral director cordoned off the immediate area.
Then Bella rushed towards the casket. She was constantly barking at the casket as she was hitting it with her front paws.
Then Ryan demanded the casket to be open.
It was empty. The whole church gasped. Something was off and that people were shocked. Ryan’s mother collapsed to the ground while his uncle asked to the funeral director where his brother was.
When Ryan went to his father’s office to investigate, he saw that the figurines on his father’s desk were gone. They were Frank’s favorite figurines as he would bring them to anywhere he would go.
Then his father’s assistant Nate entered. He was working for his father for long years. He told Ryan that he received some suspicious emails, and showed him that actually his father was being searched for money laundering.
Ryan was shocked. The people his father was working with were searching for him as he probably escaped with their money.
Ryan directly called the cops, and they informed him that his suspicions were true. A large research has been started, and the men his father was working with got caught in a short time.
A week later, Frank was found in the abandoned cottage Ryan’s great-grandfather was living in on the countryside, where tall mountains were surrounding the area. Frank had arranged his escape to the Mexico border, where he was going to fly to Europe and live in silence.
