PARENTS NEVER LOVED HER, DESPITE SHE RAISED HER SISTER’S CHILD

Jenny’s parents always favored her sister Matilda over Jenny. She was aware of it. Matilda was aware of it too, and she always used her parents’ love against Jenny.

Matilda was 16 when she became pregnant. Their parents celebrated her, as if it was a good thing becoming pregnant at the age of 16. She wanted an abortion, but their parents wanted Matilda to keep the baby.

After Brandon was born, Matilda keept living in the parties, while Jenny took care of the baby, despite she was not the mother and never asked if she wanted to care for her nephew.

She both worked in part-time jobs, cared for her nephew and also studied as she wanted to move out when she was 18.

One day, Matilda told her family that she is leaving with her boyfriend. “I’m not coming back. That’s what I’m telling you. I’m going on the road with my boyfriend, Zak, and I’ll probably never come back.”

After Matilda was gone, they were devastated. No one cared for Brandon, no one else than Jenny in truth. When she asked what they are going to do to her parents, her parents told her to go away.

Few months later Jenny left home with Brandon. She was taking online courses from an online college. She was both working and studying while caring Brandon.

As few years passed, while Jenny’s boyfriend was cooking their door got knocked. When Jenny opened it, she found Matilda at the door. She asked about her baby and tried to get inside, but Jenny pushed her back.

“Your baby? He’s not yours, Matilda. You gave him up years ago. He’s my son now, and you can’t see him right now,” Jenny said.

Jenny’s boyfriend, Jim’s father had a law firm where he would help Jenny to keep Brandon with them.

As the they struggled in courts for months, in the end, through the help of Jim’s father’s firm, Jenny was able to keep Brandon, and later she adopted him as she became his legal parent, where He both had a father and mother.
