Alex was a janitor who was struggling with life and economically. He was living in a trailer. One day, as he left his trailer, he found a package on his doorstep.
In it, there he found the old jacket of his father, and a letter from his father’s handwriting. He remembered the old times.
In the letter Alex’s father Tom wrote to his son that he knew his brother would choose money over family and leave Alex with nothing. That’s why Tom left his old jacket to Alex, as he ordered his lawyer.
Tom finished the letter with saying that he loves his son, and that he can do anything if he believe himself.
“Damn it, Dad,” Alex said as he wiped his tears away.
After Tom passed away, Alex was kicked out of the house by his brother, James, who takeover the control of their father’s company, and cut Alex out of everything.
As he wore the jacket, he found something in its pockets. There was a note on a little paper. A bank account and a note from Tom, about how he thought that the bank account would help Alex after he received the jacket.
Alex directly went to the bank to see what his father left him. When he handed the note over, the woman on the counter. The woman smiled and told him, “One second…. There, you have sixty thousand dollars in your account.”
“Sixty thousand dollars? Are you sure?”
“Yes, sir. Is there anything else you need?”
He immediately renovated the trailer as he fixed the roof and painted it completely. The next step was the coffee shop his mother always wanted to open.
His father stepped into his life once again, as he needed him the most. Tom changed his son’s life even beyond death.
