It was a rainy night when a who was soaking wet and wearing cheap clothes approached to the reception of Grand Morris Hotel. The manager of the hotel was at the reception at that moment.
Matt didn’t like the appearance of the man who was walking towards him. Before he started to talk, Matt told the man that the hotel had no room to book.
The man, Jeremy, told Matt that he needed a place no matter what, and that he can pay more than a normal price.
Matt refused again, as he said to Jeremy that he wouldn’t fit into the hotel, as he explained that their hotel was a luxury place where elite businessmen or celebrities would stay.
As Jeremy left, he came back again an hour later. This time, he was wearing an expensive suit, and his driver opened the door for him. He was different from before.
But Matt didn’t recognize him as he barely looked at Jeremy’s face. He immediately helped Jeremy and took him to his room.
A day later, Jeremy wanted to talk with him. When Matt learned that Jeremy was the owner of the hotel, he went pale.
When Jeremy started to talk about Matt’s future, Matt was sure that he was fired so he again didn’t listen what Jeremy was saying and started to beg him to not to get fired.
Jeremy stopped him, and wanted him to listen. He said Matt that he is believing in second chances, and that Matt should do good this time.
