LENI KLUM
Leni is the eldest child of Heidi. She was born in 2004. Klum welcomed Leni with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore. Despite being her father, Briatore is rarely in his daughter’s life.
After Klum and Seal started their relationship, in 2009, the singer adopted Leni.
“It doesn’t make [Leni] any more or less my daughter. She always has been. All it means is that both Heidi and I wanted her to have the same last name as the rest of us,” Seal said.
As Leni grow up, she decided to be like her mother and started her own modelling career.
“I had grown up going to work with my mom. Ever since 11 or 12 years old, I’ve been begging her and then finally I turned 16 and she said that I could finally start modeling.”
When Heidi Klum celebrated her daughter’s 17th birthday, she captioned a post she shared, “If I look close enough then I can see you bumping right along at 4 months @LeniKlum. I loved you before you were born, and I will love you long after I close my eyes forever.”
HENRY SAMUEL
Henry was born in 2005, and was named Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel. Henry was born few months after his parents’ wedding in Costa Careyes.
“Everyone who sees him says, ‘Oh my God, he looks just like Seal.’ And I’m like, ‘He has nothing of me? C’mon, there must be something of me in there somewhere.’ And they’re like, ‘No, sorry, he looks just like his father.’ I’m a little sad about that,” Klum said.
Henry stayed out of the spotlight, and no matter how he wanted that way, his mother Heidi Klum talked about him a lot.
“You can barely walk in those things, but for him, it’s not weird at all,” Klum said when she talked about Henry’s dinosaur slippers.
JOHAN SAMUEL
John was born in 2006, and his full name was Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel. His parents wanted him to be away from the spotlight, like his older brother Henry, and his pictures are so rare.
In 2021, Klum shared a picture with her sons, which was taken from behind to show her son’s height. Klum captioned, “How did I get so short?”
LOU SAMUEL
Lou Sulola Samuel was born in 2009. After her birth, her father Seal said, “It’s difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children. […] Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes, it was endless love at first sight.”
Seal talked about Lou’s arrival in Radio City Music Hall concert, where he surprised the audience and his wife.
“[The news] came out faster than I wanted it to. My husband kind of surprised me and everybody at one of his concerts.”
Lou too kept away from the spotlight as her parents wanted. Back in 2021, Klum talked how her children loves the Halloween.
“Out of four, there’s only one that really is going for it and that’s Lou.” Klum said, and added that she loves dressing up as an Anime character with “full-on makeup, the hair, all the accessories.”
