On the 15th of October, Adriana Lima returned to the runway, after her retirement in 2018, after 20 years of working with the Victoria’s Secret.
Lima announced her retirement back in 2018, when she was 37 with a social media post she captioned as, “Dear Victoria, thank you for showing me the world, sharing your secrets, and most importantly not just giving me wings but teaching me to fly.”
When she talked with the People, Lima said, “This has been my 18th fashion show, and I am still as excited as I was from the first day. I think this year is going to be the highlight of my career.”
After her third baby, Lima was criticised for gaining weight, but her appearance and presence at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret show revealed the truth, an angel never lose beauty.
People commented about her runway performance as:
