Eric and Emma were happily married, as they blessed their marriage with their son Damian. Damian became everything in their lives. Watching him grow up was an incredible thing.
Eric had rose in his career as time passed, but he was leaving the house too often for his business trips. He even missed Damian’s birth. Lately, they were having trouble as a family who couldn’t spend time together.
As Eric would leave a lot, Emma struggled with her own career, as she wouldn’t have time to rose in her career, as she would be the sole parent in the home. But she was trusting Eric, as she was sure that one day things would change and they would travel together.
One day, while Eric and was in another trip, Emma decided to do the laundry. She found Eric’s jacket, and there two tickets were peeking from the pocket of the jacket.
The tickets had the date of Damian’s birth, which Eric was on another business trip, and missed his son’s birth. There was another paper about a hotel receipt, under the name of a woman, Emma’s stepsister Sarah.
This realization of betrayal devastated Emma. She couldn’t understand why her husband did that. It was the destruction of their marriage for Emma.
She decided to leave the ticket and the receipt on the kitchen table, and packed her stuff along with her son’s clothes. She went to her father’s house and revealed what happened.
