Jess’ brother Adam arranged a date with his friend, where he tried to convince his sister. He explained his friend, who had a good career, money, and that he was funny. Adam tried to set her up with his friends in the past too, but she didn’t like any of his friends.
Adam promised that this friend of his was a decent guy. He vouched for him. Then Jess stated that if this friend was like the rest of them, she would never listen to him again.
When the day of the date arrived, Jess prepared for hours. She then left her house after Stewart come to pick her with his expensive car.
They met with each other for the first time, and had a small talk during the ride to the restaurant.
The restaurant they went to was an expensive place too, where the tables and chairs were luxury items, and the staff were elite. The menu was incredibly expensive for Jess’ taste.
She had a great date, until the bill arrived. When Stewart gave his card to the waitress explained that the card was declined. Stewart was shocked with what he just heard. He wanted waitress to try again, but the result didn’t change.
Then the waitress asked that if they had any cash. Stewart didn’t have any cash on him, and pleaded to Jess to pay the bill. The tension raised as Jess stated that she doesn’t have that kind of money, and blamed her brother for the situation.
She then excused herself to the bathroom. At that moment Adam texted to Jess and asked about the date. She then returned to the table, where Stewart was arguing with the waitress.
The manager involved later, as he asked that if they had another payment method in their mind. Then the security came too. They stated that if they do not pay the bill, they will call the authorities.
Then he revealed that Adam arranged all this, and they tried to trap Jess. Stewart revealed that the car was rental, and that he didn’t have that kind of money. He then stated that Adam put money in his bank account, but in truth, he never did.
As Jess called and yelled at her brother, Adam stated that he is on his way to the restaurant. Few minutes later he arrived. Stewart was miserable, as he apologized from Jess.
Then Adam arrived and he was laughing. He paid the bill, and took them out of the restaurant. Stewart first yelled at Adam, and then apologized from Jess. Jess stated that he shouldn’t feel sorry, since the devil was her brother.
