Meghan Markle and Trevor Engelson met with each other when Markle’s acting career started. Engelson was born on the 23rd of October, 1976, in Great Neck, Long Island, New York.
He then started to work as production assistant in the film business, and became a producer in time.
They met with each other in 2004, and after seven years of relationship, they decided to tie the knot in 2011.
As author Andrew Morton wrote in “Meghan: A Hollywood Princess,” Engelson didn’t want his wife on the same set he was in. “They were driven individuals, Trevor was busy, if not more so than his girlfriend,” Morton wrote.
“It was also noticeable that, unlike the boyfriends and husbands of her Deal or No Deal sisters, Trevor never visited Meghan on set.”
“It was so unusual that his absence was commented on by the other girls. However, there were plenty of other celebrities, mainly sports stars, who dropped by, some clearly trying to get up close and personal with the girls,” royal author added.
“Whether she wanted to admit it to herself or not, Meghan who once said she couldn’t imagine life without Trevor by her side, was now building a new world for herself,” Morton continued.
“As Toronto was becoming more her home than LA, the dynamics in their relationship subtly altered.”
In 2013, the couple divorced due to irreconcilable differences. Markle’s half-brother shared that Trevor loved his wife. “Trevor was devastated at the split,” a source also shared.
“She suddenly had no more time for him. Meghan broke Trevor’s heart, pure and simple. He is still in love with her and so the revelation of her new relationship with Harry has hit him hard.”

According to Lady Colin Campbell, Meghan stared to hang out with celebrities, after she rose to fame through “Suits.”
“Trevor had always been laidback where she was controlled and controlling,” Lady Colin Campbell shared.
“He would arrive for appointments slightly late and disheveled, his shirt out of his trousers and maybe a spot of food on his lapel, while the perfectly contained and self-possessed Meghan was always immaculately turned out.”
After Meghan, Engelson had dated Bethenny Frenkel. In 2018, Frenkel revealed their relationship in Australia Kyle and Jackie O Show.
“I met him in Chicago, and we were supposed to go out, and I ended up seeing him one time, and he’d been texting me. He’s a producer in LA. He told me that he was married before, he’s divorced [now]. He was married to this girl named Meghan Markle from the TV show Suits.”
“We bypassed the romantics and went into the business,” Frenkel added. “But I don’t know there’s something there. There’s something salacious about doing a TV project with Meghan Markle’s ex.”
As it is reported, Engelson still angry with Meghan, as in 2017, he wanted to produce a show about a man who is sharing the custody of his child, with the ex-wife who got married with a British prince.
The report suggesting that “the lead characters are not based on Markle or Engelson.”
After Frenkel, Engelson married Tracey Kurland.
“For a long time, things were difficult for Trevor. He’s a good guy, but Meghan crushed him when she demanded a divorce. When she took up with Prince Harry, he was crushed all over again because he was constantly reminded of her because of the publicity around the marriage and then the drama of the Oprah interview. But that’s all in the past now,” a friend of Engelson shared. The friend also shared that Engelson finally got his revenge.
“When I saw him recently, he kept going on about how he’s the happiest he’s ever been, how he loves being a dad, and how he’s never felt more fulfilled.”
“Everyone in Trevor’s life knows not to mention the ‘M’ word. He’s moved on and, in some ways, you could say he’s having an even better life than Meghan. He probably has more money than she does now; he’s doing what he loves, and he’s out of the spotlight. It’s the ultimate revenge.”
