It was 6:30 a.m., when Camilla woke her husband Dave, and then her daughter Lizzie, who was four. They were hoping that today Lizzie wouldn’t cry about going to the daycare.
Lizzie would cry uncontrollably when she would learn that she is going to the daycare. Camilla would ask that if everything was okay, but Lizzie wouldn’t say much except that she doesn’t want to go there.
They talked with the teachers in there, and they assured that Lizzie would be fine once they leave her in there.
They later decided to learn what was happening in the daycare, and they made a plan. They were going to put a microphone into their daughter’s teddy bear.
After they left Lizzie in the daycare, they parked their car and started to listen what was going on inside.
“Hey, crybaby. Miss me?”
The parents were petrified with what they heard. Another child was bullying Lizzie.
They barged in, and people in the reception were scared. They asked that if everything was alright. Dave demanded to see his daughter immediately. They thought it was an emergency, and led to Lizzie’s classroom.
Then they saw Lizzie, while she was sitting on the corner, where an older girl was eating Lizzie’s snacks.
The teacher was surprised to see the parents. Without even saying a word, Dave played the recording. The teacher was shocked, the girl who bullying Lizzie was Carol, and as teacher never expected Carol to do something like that, she never realised what was happening.
“Well, now you do,” Camilla said, “And you’re going to do something about it.”
Carol’s parents were called from the daycare, and explained the situation. They also stated that if that happens once more, Carol would be expelled from the daycare.
When Lizzie saw her parents, she rushed towards them and hugged in tears. “We know everything. You’re safe now,” said Dave, as he hugged tightly to Lizzie.
